Hmm. I've never used a juicer, but I've made quite a few bloody marys in my day. Since you're making the mix from scratch, I would put all of the veggies, including the lime and garlic, in the juicer. Then, I would add the Worcestershire, tomato paste, and sea salt. I think you're going to need a lot more than two pinches of salt, though.
