I hit my 3 month goal at the gym on Monday (down 10 pounds!) and yesterday I pulled my quad. I didn't even realize I did it until today when I couldn't walk down the steps this morning. I thought I was just extra sore since my trainer upped all my reps and weights yesterday.
It hurts and I feel like I didn't do my job today since I was sitting all day trying to rest it. My clients were all ok with a relaxing day and they all even suggested movie day for their kids, but I just feel bad doing that.
But really I am most disappointed because now I will miss my workout on Monday and I was supposed to get my measurements done to see how many inches I lost so far.
