I was wrong, the sads have hit me.

I woke up today with an awful headache and just feeling anxious and sad.

I hate that after all this time I still get hit hard. It probably shouldn't or I am sure that is what people must think.

By the way, do you know if you can upload a CD recording to youtube? I realize this is probably a dumb question. It has to do with my dad.

I missed your OP, but I'd like to say it's okay to have the sads over something like this. I think if you accept the fact that it's going to happen then it won't trouble you as much. No need to fight it--it's a part of you now. ((hugs))

I just get so mad that he doesn't know my girls, whom he would adore. NOt to mention, he would finally see offspring that look more like him (coloring wise). He was not the best husband by any means and made a ton of mistakes, but he really loved his girls and was an involved dad.

I'm sorry. I think it's normal to feel sad. My father died 11 years ago, and we weren't very close. But every year around the time he passed away, I find myself feeling down. Then I remember what the date is and I know why. I hope you feel better and enjoy the nice weather tomorrow.
