I just get so mad that he doesn't know my girls, whom he would adore. NOt to mention, he would finally see offspring that look more like him (coloring wise). He was not the best husband by any means and made a ton of mistakes, but he really loved his girls and was an involved dad.
I'm sorry. I think it's normal to feel sad. My father died 11 years ago, and we weren't very close. But every year around the time he passed away, I find myself feeling down. Then I remember what the date is and I know why. I hope you feel better and enjoy the nice weather tomorrow.
