I've been feeling dizzy in the morning lately. At first I attributed to stress at work, but work stress is over and I'm still dizzy this weekend. I am pretty sure it's from stopping BC, but not sure how to manage it? At what point do I call a doctor?
I try to drink mostly water during the day, but I am sure I don't drink enough. I am going to try and up my water intake & see if that helps, if not I will call the doctor.

I agree, get more fluids in you. You may want to add in a Gatorade or another bran of sports drink in there. (Drinking a lot of water quickly can dilute your electrolytes.)
They ran bloodwork, and I am low in iron and B12. She was going to put me on supplements, but since I was starting to take a prenatal anyway, she told me.to just be diligent with them, hydrate, and get a cuff to keep an eye on my pressure daily. I haven't had an issue for a while now, luckily.
