We only watched the first episode of Season 1 but I've already watched episodes 2 and 3 today too.

It is on PBS (the show is Masterpiece Classics). The first episode of season 3 aired last week, epsiode 2 is tonight. I assume you can watch the previous week's episode online, you could with the other seasons.

I watched the first episode of season 1 on Thursday, and three more last night. I am so addicted to this show. I can't believe I waited so long to watch it!
