i voted SS - we don't currently attend, but i want to get back to going. now that we've moved to a new house/part of town, i want to find a new church to attend, take C, and make friends.
I don't consider it "going to church" if you randomly decide to attend a someone's baptism or attend a funeral held at church. So I just stuck it there as a side addendum.
I doubt anybody considers that going to church. LOL.

Do not attend. Never have, except occasionally in HS because my best friend's parents wouldn't let her have friends overnight unless we went to church in the morning. Lame.

Rarely. Every week we talk about going, but Sunday is usually our only day to sleep in and lounge around so it rarely ever ends up actually happening.
A lot of churches in WI had Saturday night services. When I was in college I went then because I hated to give up sleeping in. In DC, our church doesn't have a Saturday service and it makes me sad
Where did you go to school? Are you Catholic? I am in WI and I think only Catholic churches do a Sat. mass. It is nice to have the option of going Sat. or Sun.

Ew.
And they were weirdos, too. Weirdos. Some crazy ass Pentecostal church. I don't think my parents realized what kind of church they were taking me to.

I went growing up but we stopped by high school. I haven't regularly gone since. I bowed to my aunt's wishes and baptized my kids (she was genuinely scared for their eternal souls and I decided it didn't hurt me to do it but it hurt her to not have it done) and occasionally go on holidays because FIL runs one of the choirs and the girls like to hear grandpa's music. I've never believed, so we only go if we feel forced.
We're now getting pressure to get our oldest signed up for CCD in time to make her First Communion and are trying to figure out a diplomatic way out of it, but may give in to avoid family drama.
Never anymore. I went every week through high school with my mom, but decided I didn't believe a lot of what the church does. I am now agnostic, and more spiritual than religious.
I grew up going to church every Sunday. I went occasionally during college to chapel there. In law school H and I started going frequently to a church and met some good friends there. I went a few times this past summer, but we both haven't gone in Shanghai and don't plan too. When we move back to the U.S. we'll probably try to find a church. And when we're traveling it seems like we go in at least 2 churches or temples every day.
