NYC midtown lunch suggestions

Can someone suggest an appropriate location for a business lunch in midtown manhattan? Thanks.
ETA: Not too extravagant, either!

Sorry, I should clarify! Person I am meeting works on 3rd ave between 39 and 40th, so ideally walkable from there. And this is just a two person business lunch. He told me to pick the place "anywhere in midtown" and its too much pressure!

lol no problem. If you said west side, i could have given you a ton. The Wharf, Galway Hooker & Third & Long are the only places i know on the East side.

Hahaha -- I'd advise against those They're definitely way more bar than restaurant.

Actually steakhouses would be fine. I did a business lunch at the capital Grille near the chrysler building once. The fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate....never did get to finish the meeting!

in my experience steak houses in NYC are going to be on the expensive side.

Yeah, I am meeting rich people. But rich people who give me money, which is why it can't be too extravagant but it also has to be nice.

Extravagant would be Le Bernandin. Capital Grille, Morton's something like that would be OK.

Riverpark is really nice, especially if it is nice out and you can eat outside on the water. It's on 29th and 1st all the way against the river.
