Pick a food theme - it's for a luncheon of primarily guys, served buffet style.We did the bento with Shoyu, last time we were at this venue - but that was a year ago. I was to busy and didn't get to eat.
North by Southwest. Your choice of enchiladas: Green chili, grilled vegetable & cheese or chicken & green chili. Grilled carna asada tacos served with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce & sour cream. Includes Southwest salad with romaine, crispy tortilla strips, tomatoes and creamy cilantro vinaigrette, a side of black beans & jasmine rice. Add Tillamook cheddar cheese ($.50 pp). Add fresh made guacamole ($1.25 pp).
Italian Chicken breast with prosciutto mushroom sauce, grilled balsamic marinated vegetable platter, mixed green salad with artichoke hearts, olives, onions, sun-dried tomatoes & grated parmesan and your choice of baked spinach & vegetable lasagna or baked penne with house made Italian sausage & peppers.
Bento Hawaiian kalua style smoked pork or grilled teriyaki beef, steamed brown rice, potato macaroni salad, stir fried vegetables, Portland’s “Shanghaied” chopped salad with napa cabbage, romaine lettuce, red peppers, oranges, cilantro, crispy wontons with sweet n’ sour vinaigrette and your choice of Shoyu chicken or Hawaiian style fried chicken.
BBQ Picnic House smoked pulled pork, BBQ beef or BBQ chicken with our own BridgePort’s BBQ sauce, buttermilk fried chicken, watermelon (seasonal), BBQ pinto beans, fresh baked cornbread & potato salad.
TakeMe to the Greek Choose two of the following: Lemon-oregano baked chicken, moussaka (your choice of ground beef or ground lamb for $1 additional per person) and/or spinach & feta pie.
