I do. I drive about a half hour to work.
I have a lumbar support pillow. I actually got it after my car accident that jacked up my back and have kept using it. However, this has not helped with my sciatica nonsense. I just have to get up and walk around and stretch out. Which is fine b/c I pee every half hour anyway, lol.

I do, and I drive about 40 minutes each way to my office. I picked up a mesh lumbar support thing at the dollar tree of all places, but it has made a huge difference. I still have to get up and stretch ( I try and do it once an hour, when I pay attention) or my sciatica goes nuts! Good thing I have my own office, I just shut the door for five and do some stretches on the floor and standing, then re-open the door.

Yes, I'm at a desk all day. I have another chair that I prop my legs up on, and I get up and move around as much as I can. We also have a couch in our office that I sometimes stretch out on and take my computer with me.
Even without pregnancy (or being this early), sitting all day can start to get to me. I have a box under my desk so I can put up my feet/change positions a bit. I also set a reminder every hour to just get up and walk around. Otherwise I'll get sucked into something and find myself sitting for hours.
