How to tell a friend who struggles with infertiliy

My friend has a 7yo daughter and now they can't have any more, secondary infertility. She is really struggling with and will flat out tell you she hates pregnant people. We are not super close but we did run together last summer and share a common friend. I'm wonder if I should even tell her I am pregnant or just wait until she finds out. I am almost positive that she will have nothing to do with me once she finds out.

I personally get really sad/hurt whenever I find out through the grapevine /FB that yet another friend is pregnant.
If a friend tells me in person, I'm usually actually happy for them.

I'd send her an email. That way she can digest it on her own.

Thanks, for the ideas. We have known each other for 10yrs and have gotten closer since we now have a common friend.
