An IQ test should be mandatory before having unprotected sex.
Pretty sure the human race would die out, since really smart people have fewer kids, from what I've seen.
Also, I went to see Zero Dark Thirty last night... the kid did NOT like the explosions. I was worried I was going into labor or something, but it was just him basically trying to bust out. So loud bangs do affect the baby somewhat.
Well, sure, emisi, but I don't think it's going to go deaf!
G used to kick constantly when I watched SYTYCD when I was pregnant, I guess in response to the music, but I never worried he was going to be unable to hear/have an advanced sense of rhythm.

That would be a pretty awesome result though. "Oh yeah, I played a lot of music when I was pregnant, that's why he's such an awesome dancer."
I don't think going every once in a while would matter, but here pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/100/4/724.full Says that noise can harm their ears, above 80dB and a gun shot is 140db. So yeah, it's probably safe enough, but noise seemingly can cause issues, which surprises me.
In all fairness, I have read that after 20 weeks, it's not good to expose your pregnant self to excessive loud noises, that it can impact their hearing down the road.
I'm a little more surprised at how many Bumpies are gun enthusiasts. Or maybe I'm not.
