They're not.  There are nails jutting out everywhere and the door are practically hanging by a thread in some places. There is no shame in tearing these things down.

Over three years. I don't know what took us so long. I mean, we had the money to do it right away... so there's no excuse. We actually negotiated the price of the place to account for the fact that the entire f&^king kitchen would need replacing.

I laugh becuase in my post college apt. my roomie and i stuck some wallpaper square looking decals of fruit on ours. We thought we were so cool back then. Not so much now. I see the error of my ways.

holy wow. I thought mine sucked. I can't be so mad at my kitchen now. Although ours came with "harvest gold" appliances from the 70s. We still have those for now, I am amazed they still work.

Can't wait to see what you put up to replace those!
