I showed super early. I think around 13 weeks? It's our first, but I was shocked at how early I had a very clear baby bump (to the point where some old guy at a craft show said, "If you're showing that much this early, you'd better get ready!")LOL.
I'm short, though, and have no torso.
I've only gained 18 pounds at 30 weeks, but I'm definitely all belly.
For me, it was about 15 weeks. I'm 5' 4", and normally pretty thin. No customers at work really noticed until about 22 weeks, though, because I usually wear baggy shirts to work.
I've got nothing noticeable yet. I definitely notice that I'm thicker around the middle, but I still wear the same clothes as usual, and no one else can notice anything really. I'm waiting for the bump too! I'm 5'2 and thin. Not sure if that would make me show sooner or later.
My first I didn't look pregnant until nearly 30 weeks. I just looked a bit chunky. Then over a couple weeks it seemed my pregnant belly rolled out my second was sooner, and this one will be much sooner.

This is fascinating in the variety! Sounds like the beginning-ish of the second tri for a lot here, and then housegeek apparently had a secret baby til nearly the end! (Wow, 30 weeks!) I won't mind the cute bump, but the big one at the end kinda scares me, not gonna lie.
Strangers didn't say anything to me the first time till 25-26 weeks. This time I definitely have a more noticeable bump instead of bloat earlier, like probably 20 weeks.
But my dr says I'm measuring right on target and I did last time too, so I guess it's all in the way I'm carrying!
littlemiss, I finally lost my bloat this week. Thank goodness. I looked huge! Unfortunately, I was at the height of it for my brother's wedding on NYE. My dress luckily had an elastic waist, but I was just looking at pictures and there was a side shot of me. Ugh!

Around 17-18 weeks. Now that I'm almost 20 I'm big enough for people to whisper about it but no one has actually asked me yet. I can still hide it with a loose shirt or hoodie.
I'm 15 weeks, and I definitely have a little pooch, but I'm still in my regular clothes. If I only wore my tight tshirts, people could probably notice, but I layer with a sweater, and I don't look much different. If anything, I look like I hit the wine and cookies a little too hard over the holidays.
I'm tall and have a long torso. I started to get really uncomfortable in my jeans at 16.5 weeks. But I'm not sure when I "popped". As it is, people may still think I'm just hitting the Ring Dings too hard. Although only my stomach has gotten bigger.

I'm so jealous you made it that long in regular jeans! I'm only 5'2" and have a super short torso though.
My little bump just became visible this week. I hit the 20 week mark yesterday. However, like many people said, it looks like I really enjoyed the holidays, not that I'm pregnant.

You know, in re-reading people's replies, it seems like if you're short or have a short torso, you pop sooner? I'm 5'3 and have a relatively short torso compared to my legs. I also have good abs (not a crazy 6 pack, but it's toned/very flat) do you think that makes a difference in when you show?? I think this is all interesting :-)
So, I'm not much help b/c I was overweight to begin with and have lost 35 lbs. during this pregnancy, but I've just recently started to actually look pregnant. Still, though, when I wear certain things you really can't tell.
winecheery- my abs are very toned/flat as well. It is (or WAS) the best part on my body. I'm wondering if part of the reason I have that b-belly is my ab muscles fighting back. LOL!

This is hilarious, because as things are stretching, I feeeel it, kwim? I literally felt like my abs were like, "um eff this shit" the other day lol

Oh wow...I remember you saying you were really sick early on and lost a lot of weight but didn't know you were still losing. Are you still feeling really sick?
I think I finally lost my bloat a couple of weeks ago (it was baaaaad for most of the first tri-half of my coworkers knew before I told them at 8 weeks based on the afternoon bloat alone). At this point, I'm down to one pair of jeans that fit but have a couple pairs of maternity jeans on hand because I know my days in regular jeans are very numbered. I look more like I've had a big meal than I'm showing, though.

You're so sweet to ask. It's slowed down now - I really just get sick first thing in the morning. So much better! And my weight is now holding steady - hopefully it will start going up soon!

I think you're onto something with this, my first I was in amazing shape, I was military and just got off a tour which all there is to do is work out. I wanted so badly to look pregnant ha, it took forever!
For sure ab muscle strength has something to do with showing later! I had stronger muscles before getting pregnant with my first. I didn't try as hard to get them back after G because I knew we'd have one more. Haha.

This thread made me want to go back and look at my belly pictures from my last pregnancy. I didn't take my first pic until 18 weeks, but I had a definite pregnant belly at that point. So I must have 'popped' at least a few weeks before then. And at 27 weeks I looked full term. By the time I delivered, I was ginormous. It will be interesting to see if I progress differently this time around. I should pip for you guys some time!
Also, I would agree that if you have strong abs, that it would take longer for that uterus to make its way through that. And I am super short, 5'2, also with a short torso (and no great abs lol) So I always figured that I was always so big because baby had nowhere to go but out.
