I have such a nice, smooth schedule worked out - lift and spin on M W Sa, run and yoga on T Th, long run on Su. Friday rest.
This has been my schedule for a long time and it has served me well. Unfortunately, the worst fucking spin instructor I have ever had has started teaching on Wednesdays. She is so bad that I just can not and will not endure her classes every week.
That jacks up my schedule and now I am pissed. Those bastards.

No, I work out at the university gym. It works out to be free for staff, although it comes with the notable ass pain of limited classes and running with the school terms.
Years and years ago, DH and I went out with a bunch of friends (all alums), & we all got absolutely obliterated at Two Fools. We decided we needed to walk down to Johnson field to run races. It was not my finest hour, but I can't even think about Johnson center without reminiscing. Now when I vom after running it's because I'm actually working hard
