I know it's the unpopular opinion, but I like having one. I feel like it helps keep me in check. And I know scales fluctuate hour-to-hour, day-to-day, etc. - but I feel like weighing myself regularly (and I only get on once a week) is good for me.
It's a personal decision. We have a basic digital scale, nothing special.
