I did, through two marathon training cycles. I didn't do it as prescribed, just used them as cross-training. I followed the FIRST program, so ran 3x/week and then used Insanity as high-intensity interval training. I think it helped a ton with my speed.
Sure, I do. I started off doing the insanity workout and then moved to a bootcamp every night which is the same thing, basically. We run 1 mile before class each night and then I do the bootcamp, put my kids to bed, and run another 3 miles. It's completely do-able.

I would say its possible with low mileage. the first time i did insanity i followed it exactly. the second time i just used it as cross training along with weights and running. just be careful with the knees and ankles. insanity is very hard on those body parts and if you are running too you might be more prone to injury.
