they are like a bizarro world version of YHL. Did you see the ceramic dog on the desk? It's black vs. YHL's white ceramic animals.

I did notice the ceramic dog.

What caught my eye was their kitchen pennisula.

It's like a classy grown up version of YHLs.

That is a great description.  They have a lot of similarities, but they are worlds apart.

I agree- a classy, properly done version of YHL! Why are these guys not famous with a book? Makes no sense...I will be reading them for sure, and I dropped YHL a long time ago.

Maybe we can push them higher in popularity than YHL.

I remember knowing about this blog, but someone derisively said they were TOO much like YHL, a poor knock off.  But yesterday I went through most of their posts, and while they are things that are copied from YHL (mostly language), there are big differences.  They spent money on their renos!  They got new cabinets!  Their taste in bathrooms is not really mine, but I can appreciate what they have done.  Their going in my google reader.

I know a few people here don't like tile, but I LOVE all the tile on their kitchen walls. So easy to clean!
