Wei Dai - I *think* this would be 'way dye'. I'm less sure about this one.
Pengxiang Jiang - paeng-shi'ang zhiang (If I'm remembering corrently that 'x' in Chinese words written in English has a 'sh' sound.)

Way (as in "Walk this way!")
Die (as in "Die, motherfucker!")
Pung (rhymes with "sung") + Sheeahng (rhymes with...gosh, I don't know, maybe "gong" with an eeee sound before it)
Jeeahng (rhymes with Sheeahng, LOL)

But the more difficult issue here is there is no way of telling what tone each syllable is.
Mandarin has four tones.
