I would not take Pamprin with either ibuprofen or Claritin, since it contains acetaminophen and an antihistamine, so taking Claritin would effectively be double dosing the antihistamine. And I think you can take acetaminophen with ibuprofen, but you should to wait several hours after taking one to take the other.

There are 4 kinds of Pamprin with different ingredients. Ibuprofen is find with Pamprin Multi Symptom, but none of the others. You can taken ibuprofen and acetaminophen at the same time or spaced apart.
Also, regular Sudafed does not contain ibuprofen. Some of the combo versions do, but the original version does not.
I would take ibuprofen if you're having general pain or cramps. You can add in Pamprin Multi Symptom to help with bloating and additional pain relief. It does have an antihistamine in it, so no Claritin. If you're having sinus pressure, plain Sudafed (from behind the counter that you have to sign for) is good. If you don't take the Pamprin Multi Symptom, Claritin may help with your sinus troubles.
