refi through Harp 2.0 question

I really want to refi our house since we plan to stay here forever, or at least a long time.

We meet the criteria for Harp 2.0 and received information in the mail from Quicken Mortgages but were denied. Not sure what happened bc the house is in DH's name so he talked to them.

I want to start looking at local banks that we can walk into. What do we need to provide when we go to the bank about the refi?
