I can't wait to shop, period. I have looked at baby stuff here and there, but try not to linger too much for the sake of holding on to what little sanity I have left with this TTC business, so I don't have anything specific.
I am really looking forward to decorating the nursery though. Right now it's just an empty room in our house.

I'm adding a random post - DH commented that he wished we could just TTC "the old fashioned way" - w/o charting and all that. I get what he's saying but I would have no idea what's happening and when. I'm way too controlling and organized for such an aprpoach. Anyone else's DH feel this way?
Regardless, we're off to a bad start. According to FF, we should be TTC every night this week (I'm CD 9, it's preducting ovulation at CD 11), but we were just too tired yesterday. My chart is all off from a couple bad days of sleep and alcohol too. Hopefully, the OPKs will provide some insight into what's going on.
I'm most excited about telling my folks when it happens.
We tried "the old-fashioned way" in December, and we were very...active...the week I thought I was Oing and then did nothing the next week. Lo and behold, AF was a week late so it was clear I O'd late and we did absolutely nothing during that time. This month, I am temping so we can be more knowledgable and not flying blind.

Thanks, y'all. I think it's the little beeping from my basal thermometer first thing in the morning that annoys DH.
I think we missed the boat during our first cycle too - that's if I was even ovulating. I really hope I can get things right this time around and at least identify when things are happenings. I read a good amount of TCOYF, I'm not ready to start tracking CM yet.
We did it the "old-fashioned way" in December, but that was after six months of charting.
I think it had less to do with not charting and everything to do with just relaxing and having known my cycles already. DH was the same way the first few months. He was more interested/involved when it didn't happen right away. I think it's natural for guys to take a little longer to get sort of interested in the mechanics of things.
I hope this is the case. DH just keeps repeating it will happen when it happens. I want to slap him so hard when he says this. It drives me crazy!
I am not sure what I am most excited to buy. Decorating the nursery and organizing everything that we do buy is what I am most looking forward to.
My DH is a scientist and is the kind of person who loves graphs and numbers. He is very interested in all the charting and stuff. When we haven't had any luck these past three cycles and I get a little disappointed, he still says it'll happen when it happens though. For now, I let him convince me because it's better than feeling down about a bfn.
I don't know that I'm excited to buy anything in particular. I am looking forward to redecorating the office/craft room into a nursery though. I love decorating!
I am actually excited to buy maternity clothes - i think they are pretty cute and I love to shop. Dh is interested in TTC and always asks what my temp is doing, etc. depending on how long it takes I think I will take a cycle off temping and just track cm.

I'm excited to buy cloth diapers! I did a lot of research back in the summer about what types I might want to use, and it's probably all outdated now, heh.
H doesn't mind my charting stuff. He asks about my OPK's and when my FW is so he can see if he will be away for work. I think he feels bad that I'm sad that its taking awhile.
Simpsons - sex every other day is ok if you guys get worn out too fast.

I'm excited about all of the baby clothes. I have saved all of DD's clothes, but if I get pregnant soon they will be born in completely opposite seasons which means I get to buy cute baby clothes whether it's a boy or girl.
I also want to buy a new stroller. My mom found a really great deal on DD's old stroller, so I used it. It hasn't held up that well, so I'm looking forward to picking out my own. I'm thinking about one of those three wheel ones like Charky posted, but I don't know much about brands or anything.
omg everything! I have a huge pinterest board "future baby stuff." some of it is decorating the nursery (REALLY looking forward to that), cute baby clothes, cute maternity clothes, announcements, maternity and newborn pic ideas... yall get the gist.
I don't plan on buying many clothes myself since my mom gets amazing deals on baby clothes at Marshall's and I know she'll make sure I'm stocked.
Most excited to decorate the nursery I think. I actually want to make some clothes, but I think once I have a child any pre-conceived ideas I have of what I will have time for will go right out the window.
