When my stomach is upset, especially gassy, my lower back hurts. I can feel gas bubbles in my lower back. And my poop, when I eat poorly, is diarrhea, but it looks like it has fat floating in it.

I realize that the obvious answers here are see a doctor and don't eat like shit. I am just wondering if anyone else feels GI problems in their back?

I can get gas pains I feel in my back, I was having them today.

I would definitely get yourself to a GI, the poop thing does not sound healthy.

I get the fat substance if I eat a lot of crap too. It's gross.

ETA : I went to the dr for it and had to have a colonoscopy. Everything was fine, he just told me to eat more greens. 

Limiting the greasy food intake helps a ton.

Yes. I am both lactose and gluten intolerant. Limiting/cutting both helps a lot

Yes. If I have bad stomach issues I generally have a backache.

Normally I only see the oil slick of grease when I have had evil milk.

I get gas pains in my back when they are really bad. How is your fiber intake? Are you getting enough fruits and greens?
