H had a near death experience...(not really)

He was cleaning up the kitchen today and started yelling. He screamed "go get the tweezers! Hurry! Hurry! Aaaauuugghh!" So I scrambled through the bathroom door, just dumping stuff on the ground to find the tweezers.

When I got to him he was holding out his finger with a tiny piece of dried cheddar cheese stuck under the nail. He was scraping it off the counter and it got jammed under his nail.

I thought he was dying!
