I know there have been a few people mentioning they started / are starting C25K this year. How are you doing?
I started 12/31. I have finally completed week 2. It took me 3 weeks to get through 2 on the program but I missed a whole week due to some family chaos going on. I have tentatively agreed to do my first 5k on March 16th. The green beer at the end of the race is my added incentive.

I'm not doing well at all. I had shin pain that I thought I could just work through, but climbing stairs started to hurt, so I quit for a while. I'm starting again week 1 today. (at a slower pace!)
I started it in December and got to week 6 where you do 2 10 min runs. I then got tired of following the plan and just started going and adding a minute every day starting with 15 minutes straight and trying to run 5 days a week so add 5 min each week. I am at 32 minutes and ran 3 miles today for the first time, I was pretty excited!!
