i am feeling completely exhausted at the end of the day and i really want to spend more time with DH but i always end up falling asleep. a typical day:
6am - wake up 6:30 am - at work (i only live 5 min from work) 6:45am - coffee and granola bar 9:30am - yogurt & granola 12:00 - lunch 2:00 - snack of some kind 4:00 - workout (either run+weights, yoga, or ballet) 6:30-start dinner/eat laundry house stuff etc etc shower (since i get up so early) 8:30/9ish - exhausted and want to hit the bed
is there anything i could add or change to help me feel energized a little longer? i do take a multivitam and drink a bunch of water

Also, maybe swap out the granola bar for a handful of almonds or walnuts? Are you getting enough protein? If your diet is high in carbs (bread, pasta, etc), you could just be crashing at 9 from the sugar crash.

I agree your carbs seem high (although I don't know what you're eating for lunch and dinner). Perhaps try shooting for half your body weight in grams of protein per day for a few days and see how you feel....?
