I have lost about 15 lbs since the end of March and hope to lose a total of around 50. The past 2 weeks or so have been hard as we were on vacation and then just getting back into the routine of eating well. I even kept up my exercise while on vacation - a first for me!
Last night H and I were out for dinner at our favorite local restaurant and as the waitress was clearing our table, she looks at me and asks "When are you due!?" My response (besides a dumbfounded look) was "Uh..I'm not, I'm just full"
I was mortified! She apologized and said it was rude of her and it must have been the way I was sitting. I asked H if he minded if I went to the car while he paid.
Seriously - I have been working so hard (exercising 6-7x per week including cardio and strength and eating well) and I get asked when I'm due?!
PS - lurker who followed y'all over here from TN. I hope you don't mind me jumping in!

I called my mom as I was walking out and said I hoped he didn't tip her. He left her $3 which was well below what it normally would have been. He said he expected me to be bawling my eyes out when he got to the car - I was laughing because I was still in shock!
Also, of course I don't think I look pregnant but come on! Unless someone is delivering in front of you, just don't even go there!
How freakin rude! I unless I know someone is pregnant I don't say anything. I mean, I ate a big meal last night and with the way my dress was cut I realized myself that I looked preggers, but I'm definitely not. Glad your husband didn't give her a full tip. My tip to her would be "shut your mouth"
I'm so sorry! What a terrible thing to experience. You are doing GREAT! Don't worry about her.
I saw something on Pinterest the other day that said it takes 4 weeks for you to notice changes in your body, 8 weeks for your immediate family to notice and 12 weeks for the outside world to notice. It takes time. Hang in there!

Thanks for the encouragement! I made sure to push it extra hard this morning at the gym. Today was my first day of State 2 of NROLW. I felt great after finishing it!

Ughhhhhhh, so sorry that happened to you. I used to wait tables - I have put my foot in my mouth so many freaking times it is not even funny. And no matter how many times I apologized, it never made me feel any better - it is an honest mistake but that probably doens't make you feel much better.
This might though - after I had my first daughter, I was wearing a skirt and a tank top that was a bit too snug (it was sooooo hot that summer!) and carrying my infant daughter around Target and a woman approached me and said, oh my gosh, you're already having #2, congrats!" And I just looked at her and said "oh no, I am still fat...apparently!" It was awful, my daughter was only a few weeks old and I still had quite a little pooch going!
I need to lose 80-100 pounds so I get this a lot. I've had strangers pat my belly & ask. We visited a small Baptist church a while back. An elder came and asked if we were the couple that was expecting. We were like "huh"? He then patted my husbands belly since he couldn't reach mine (I was further in the pew). He was about 80 so I just couldn't get mad. I told him "no. But maybe one day we'll have kids."
Moral of the story-people will keep putting thier feet in thier mouths. Don't let that get you discouraged.
