How was this week for everyone?
I'm done 3 pounds, for a total of 9. I'm actually amazed I lost so much - we went out for a drink Friday night and then Sunday night we went out for restaurant week where I got drunk after two drinks (apparently my tolerance has taken a break). I was just hoping to break even this week.
We're going to NYC this weekend (pending weather) so I'm hoping that all the walking I do will cancel out all the delicious eating I want to do!
Mind if I join you, I got back on the health and wellness train this week so could use some motivation?
I've added a personal trainer membership to my gym membership so will have one session a month and had my first session on Monday, then went back and worked out last night. I'm soooo sore today.
I'm also doing MFP, my screen name there is vtdiamond if anyone wants to be friends with me.
Looking forward to the motivation from this group!
I was down .6 this week. Need to lose 5lbs to get back to my WW Goal weight. I am pretty happy, we went to dinner for our Anniversary on Saturday and I went to a baby shower on Sunday where I enjoyed 2 pieces of cake.
I was really good with my water during the week but need to step it up on the weekend.
I am starting week 3 of C25K and have tentatively agreed to do my first 5K March 16th.

I'd like to join too. I have been tracking my eating, eating clean and exercising at least 3 times a week since January 1st. Two of those sessions are with a trainer. I haven't weighed in yet this week but I think I'm down about 3 pounds.
Yesterday I went off track and got into DH's chips. I was thinking last night and realized that this it a great opportunity for me to work with a trainer and I shouldn't blow it. I've recommitted myself. I need to lose this weight once and for all.
