Thanks again for all the interview advice last week. Hopefully I'll kick tail. I'm still stumped on one question bc while I do it, it's just such a part of everything I'm stuck coming up with specific examples. And that will make no sense to anyone but me lol
Oh and my trick on sneaking a suit on today without getting quizzed? I've worn a suit and/or jacket almost every day for the past week. Keeps down the questions. A coworker was laughing last week that he wore a tie and everyone asked if he was interviewing.
It's over. Not what I prepped for I think they really did want me to say what my previous boss did wrong and what I would do differently. I got that in a bit, but I was too conscious of boss bashing. *sigh*
Also, weird thing - it was totally tailored to me. I was expecting a panel with the same questions for everyone (fed job). Oh well.

I think it's a good sign if the inteview was tailored to you. Fingers crossed for you.
I handed over a performance appraisal that was older, but spoke to my managerial experience (not my most recent, which had to be included, but when I was a team lead). I also gave a reprint of one of my publications. I brought it b.c the questionnaire was ALL TECHNICAL and asked about research work. I did not get to show my workload charts. Given they were focusing on getting the work down with the resources you have, I didn't think it appropriate to say "we are understaffed and here is how I prove it."
And I'm beat. Mentally and physically. I totally want to catch up on the rest of the board, but the two JW threads on CEP took the rest of my mental energy just to read lol
