Update: Still no BFP today, but lots of EWCM, so took an OPK and got a positive. Faint, but definitely a second line.
So I guess I never ovulated before, and am doing so now? Hopefully I didn't miss this second chance but seriously body! Make more sense!
I am on CD 39. If going by last month's cycle, I am 2 days late. All pregnancy tests are negative (using the cheapies that came with my wondfos).
The OPK gave me positives for three days, Jan 9-11, we did it through Jan 13 to be safe.
Previously, my cycles were always 31 days. Then in December it moved to 36, which the OPK timing led me to believe this cycle would be.
If I O'd late on 1/13, then technically I'd be on OD 10, so just getting to early testing.
So am I out?
Also, I am concerned if I am not pregnant that my cycles seem to be getting longer and longer. WTF? This has never been a problem before. I made an appt for my annual and planned to ask then, but can't get in until 2/25. Should I tell them my cycles are getting longer and see if they can bump me up, or is this just the way it goes sometimes?
Thanks--oh & I am not temping, but I think I am going to start. This is maddening!!!!

Sounds like it could go either way, only time will tell. Definitey start temping for a better prediction of ovulation timing (advice based on TCOYF, not my experience).
Maybe buy a better PG test like First Response? Based on other threads it sounds like the wondfo ones are a bit weak.
Were you on the pill before? If so, how long have you been off?
((Hugs)) I haven't been temping either. (Or using OPKs) but I'm going to start temping next cycle. (Any day now)
I would wait until the feb appointment before I talked to the doc about this. You could always call the doc office and see what they say and if they want you to come in earlier then they could try and get you in earlier.

Another question, there is no way I am pregnant now, getting a positive OPK, but not HPT? I am still using the wondfos since I have them. I'll buy some First Response ones if I need to.

If you are using Wondfos the second line has to be as dark as the control. A faint line is a negative. Temping will really help you know if you are ovulating or not. I'm not sure why your cycles could be getting longer and longer, but could you be having a lot of stress causing you to ovulate later and later which pushes you cycles to the longer side? You might have to have a longer cycle before the doctor will see you sooner, it's worth a try though.

Yes, this. OPKs are only positive if the line is as dark or darker than the control line. So it doesn't sound like yours today is truly positive.
