Lurker here with a tax related question! Between my husband and I we have both an IRA and 401K through work, plus a Roth IRA. For which accounts (if any) will we get tax statements? We have all our other documents and I'm trying to figure out if I need to wait for something else.
So long as you didn't have any distributions or rollovers, I would think you won't get any tax statements, or at least nothing that's relevant.
I mean, I can download a form 5498 for my Roth, but I don't have to report any of that on my taxes.
Your 401k contributions will be on your W-2.
ETA: If you have and contributed to a traditional IRA and qualify for the deduction, just make sure you have the correct contribution amount (easy if you max 2 traditional IRAs).
