Getting my hair cut. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking of getting something like this:



I haven't had bangs since Elementary school.

This is close to my current hair:

Grown out with no style.  I just straighten it if I wear it down.

I got bangs about 3 weeks ago, for the first time in 8, maybe 9, years. My hair is between my shoulder and mid-back, with long layers, but it's been between chin and shoulder length for most of my adulthood.

I kinda love the bangs - though DH had this look of abject horror on his face when I came home from the salon - but they already need a trim.

ETA: Your "grown out" hair is what the rest of my hair looks like, basically, lol. My bangs have a bit of wisp to them so I can sweep them to either side, or wear them straight down (what I do most of the time). If the rest of me didn't look like sh!t I'd post a picture.

That is really cute. Have you had bangs before? Do you like them? Does hair in your face drive you crazy? (For me it does) and when your bangs get sweaty do they stick to your forehead (mine do!)

I think I started growing my bangs out in 4th grade and never went back to them.  I don't remember what it was like to have them.  I hope they won't stick to my forehead.

My bangs don't stick to my face, but when I work out, I pin them back like this


and put the rest of my hair in a pony tail.

I think a bob would look good on you. I think you should keep your hair a little longer than Hayden's, though. Maybe something like this?
