It gets good reviews on the Fb group, car seats for the littles, which is run by car seat techs. The one negative I have seen is that the harness may have problems tightening. You should join the group and ask what they recommend. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I like ours. A is decently tall, but especially in the torso, so it's good for her, especially since I want to keep her RFing as long as possible. The one thing that's a pain is tightening the harness straps. I did find that it's easier if you don't clip the chest clip. Leave it undone, then tighten, then clip. I've heard that it will loosen up and be a bit easier in time. It's really nice how easily you can adjust the harness height and that you don't have to rethread anything.
We have it. I like it. E is big and will likely be a giant. I like the easy ability to adjust the height.

This is one reason why I like the seat too. C is a tall baby. Do you like that there is a no thread harnes and does it seem easier to use?
Now that you mention it, yes. It's kind of a pain to get to. It wouldn't be a deal breaker for me though. I do like the no thread harness, the seat is fairly simple to use.
It's the Size 4 Me at other retailers. We got ours at BRU. I would definitely see if you can get something to trade in, though if it's already discounted, I don't know if you can get more discount on it.
We have it and love it! Lincoln is average sized for weight and height but it works great. Its really easy to adjust the straps and height. We bought our online from BRU since it was cheaper than in store and then had it shipped to the store and picked it up. We got it right before Christmas and it was $135 total.
I got mine at Target (I think it was still called the My Ride 70??). I don't have any complaints, but it's true that it's hard to get the harness tight. It also seems huge, but I guess any seat would seem huge in my little car. K seems comfy enough in it, thought it didn't magically make him enjoy the carseat, which is what I was hoping would happen.
We have the My Ride 65, it is different then the seat you are talking about. DS is ridiculously tall, he was 29.5" at 6 months, 31" at 9 months, and 38" at 2 years which is when we switched him to FFing. He was within an inch from the top. I think MySize is supposed to have a higher limit, so if DS was able to make it to 2, that seat should do just fine.
I like ours. The only negative is that it is hard to tighten. I love that you don't have to retread the harness, and of the 3 different convertible seats we have, it was by far the easiest install.
