Honestly I'd say it's split about 95% alone playing and 5% me playing along with her. I'm always on the floor with her but most of the time she does her own thing aside from nursing on and off.
I only tend to engage if she brings me a toy and we play the sharing game. Or, she had a few "squeeze me, I talk" toys that she can't press hard enough herself, so she brings them to me so I make them talk. Haha.
Oh and of course attacking her with tickles, chasing/running away from her, dancing with her etc.
I do the same as Erniebuffalo. The boys LOVE exploring on their own and playing (close to it as possible right now) together. I will talk to them all day long, redirect them to other activities when they get bored and whiny, and will spend some time hanging out playing with their toys with them.
They love when I hang out on the floor and let them crawl all over me. Its cute until they grab a fistful of my hair
As long as she'll play alone I let her. I usually have to chase her a bit though. Also she's being clingy now so any time she will play on the floor I am delighted to sit on the couch!
