I have been doing sets of 10 pushups, 10 squats, and 10 situps every day just to get some quick strength work in. The squats are getting really easy, so I am upping it to 25 a set. The pushups seem easy too, but I am doing girl pushups. Should I switch to real ones or increase the number per set? (And yes, I know I should add more variety to the routine. I'm working on that part. :-) )
I'd say make them more difficult. If you can't bust out 10 "real" pushups yet, try them on an incline. As whatever incline you're using (stairs, chair, couch, whatever) gets easier, take it lower to the floor, and soon enough you'll be dong "real" ones.

maybe do planks instead of traditional situps. when those seem easy try pushing you elbows down into the mat and towards your feet for a bit more resistance (or lift one leg, or extend one arm at a time in front of you). sounds easy but it isn't!!!
add weight to your squats - toddlers work great for this if you don't have weights.
Jillybean, I've go the tiniest toddler known to mankind, but between the two of them, I'm sure something will work. My 19 month old is only 19 lbs. :-P Maybe if I put the 4 year old on my back...

ha, my 10 month old weighs 19 pounds (well, she's probably 20 now)! but 19 pounds will feel heavy by about the 5th rep - give it a go - good form though - once your form is sacrificed, drop the baby...well, not drop but you understand what i mean
