If you have given your LO eggs, how did you cook them? We are going out for breakfast tomorrow, and I was going to try giving him some egg, but I was thinking hard boiled (since he is MSPI) and that wouldn't be 'contaminated'?
I do scrambled. Crack it into a small bowl, scramble it, then microwave it for 30 seconds, stir and microwave for 15 until cooked through. Doesn't help you if you're going to a restaurant though. Some restaurants will not put anything into their eggs except maybe oil in the pan, you could always ask.

I would do hard boiled if I were you. We only have given yolk. We usually separate the white and the yolk, mix it with some water and then scramble it up. It would be really easy for a bfast place to mess up, especially since they probably cook all of the food on the same cook top with butter or margarine.

I think in your case I would also go hard boiled. We do whites and yolks now. She had a french toast casserole over Christmas and I forgot about the eggs in it. No reaction, so we ran with it. She LOVES eggs.
