I don't usually buy pork, but chops were BOGO at the grocery store yesterday so I bought two packages of them. I've been marinating three of them in italian dressing all day and am wondering what the easist way to prepare them is?
Can I just bake them?
H usually cooks most of the meat in our house (unless it's browning burger or baking chicken in the oven), but he's out plowing and shoveling snow.
I marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, brown sugar, and pepper (or plain soy sauce if I am being lazy) for a few minutes, then throw them on the grill.

Ooh, this sounds good. I might have to do this for the other package since I'm already marinating the ones for tonight in italian dressing.
My biggest problem with pork is usually that it feels too "done" whenever we make it. I'm a medium-rare beef girl, so pork is always a little tough for my liking. But I thought that maybe marinating for an extended amount of time might help with that.
Pork Milanese - pound thin, season, egg, bread with well seasoned crumbs or bake drizzled with olive oil, squeeze lemon juice over it and serve with a simple green salad dressed with vinaigrette
