I went to Europe last year and searched all over the place for the perfect shoes. These are a little over your budget (I think I paid 110), but they were amazing. The fit was great and I could wear them with casual clothes or dress them up if needed. I wore them everyday for 17 days and my feet never hurt and we walked a ton!
I also live near Disney and used to go to the parks in flip flops all day and my feet were a little sore at the end of the day, but nothing I couldnt deal with. Now I wear these and I have 0 pain and can go for much longer. Good luck!
How about Puma Zandy or Puma Sneakerina? I ordered both based on many recommendations from this board and love them both (though I do think the Zandy is more comfortable and looks like an athletic flat)
Great trip! We did Barcelona and Nice last month and loved it!!!
I was a little cooler when we there so I wore pants as opposed to skirts/shorts. I mostly wore by Privo by Clarks sneakers (because I know they are super comfortable), Lucky t strap wedge sandals and a pair of Bandolino leopard flats. Sorry no pics, I'm tech challenged.

TheJen posted these on the site we don't name here and I picked up the champagne ones. The flowers blend more in that color and they are really comfortable. I also like Born's ballet flats. I've worn mine all over the place and never had issues. These have some good padding in the soles and run pretty TTS. My foot measures an 8 and that's what I wear in these. They're only $40 right now.
