I hope she feels better. It's sad when their fever is that high, I just experienced it for the first time a few weeks ago. Keep us posted, poor little girl!

oh no, poor baby! I hope she is ok. Hope it is just something minor and she is feeling back to normal soon. Sick babies is the worst They are so pitiful.
We just got back. She has croup and an ear infection
They said we caught it early. Poor baby.
Any suggestions for how to get the meds in her? We have been struggling just getting the Motrin in. We have tried squirting it in (she vomited it all up), putting in a bottle (she won't drink it), and putting it directly on her paci for her to suck off (worked one time but this morning she gagged).
Oh no fun! We went through croup and strider back in November. With advil etc I just put the syringe as far in as I can and slowly squirt. GL. Hope she is on the mend soon.
When sadie was on antibiotics that smelled like fish butt, we would put one finger in her mouth so she couldn't clamp down or spit it out, then very slowly squirt the medicine in. as soon as we got it in, we blew in her face to make her swallow. It felt like child abuse, but that was the only way to get the meds in.

This is what we did too. A 2 person job. After you get it in there, blow in her nose. Thy say that once it's in the mouth, a lot of it absorbs so spitting a little out isn't the end of te world. Hope she feels ether soon. We had that double whammy once too
