We put it in applesauce. Put it in juice. She refused those.
We did the whole "squirt in the mouth". She swallows it. But then she waited a min and projectile vomited everywhere.
We have medicine and I can't even get it in her. I called and asked for anything in suppository form. They said no. Try again tonight (so, go all day w no medicine still) and if she pukes again call them. I'm assuming at that point they'd tell us to go to the ER?
Even flavored, J still gags on them but she has to have them when she had a bad asthma flare up. I used to have to squirt them down the back of her throat and then chase it with juice.

Could you maybe try the dose in thirds or quarters, K? Like give her a small amount, wait 15 minutes, give her a little more, wait 15, etc? That way, she gets it in her without throwing it all up? It's so sad and stressful, I know. But even a little bit in her will help. Even if she puked up a lot, her body probably absorbed some of it after a few minutes, so it's more okay than you think. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this, sweetie.

I'm so sorry you two are dealing with this! Good luck with the medicine, I really hope things improve soon. This is how you earn you Mama merit badges.
