Tonight - Buffalo chicken tenders and salad Tuesday - Chili Wednesday - Deer steaks, broccoli and rice casserole, and some other veggie Thursday - Leftover chili, hotdogs Friday - out to dinner maybe Weekend - no ideas yet, but I'm thinking we might grill duck breasts on Saturday if the weather is conducive to grilling out, and if we don't grill I'll broil fish.

bbq chicken, sweet potato and broccoli taco boats (shredded chicken with taco seasoning served in a romaine leaf, regular taco toppings) egg scramble broccoli mac & cheese with brown rice pasta we'll repeat a couple of those and then eat out one night

Laura- I add a can of black beans (not in the recipe) and pour over store bought plain tortilla chips (I have no time to make those) and it's really good. Serve with sour cream, sharp cheddar and avocado. so yummy.
Monday- beef enchiladas. Tuesday- breaded chicken Wednesday- pot roast in the CrockPot Thursday- to each their own (I have parent/teacher conferences so DH and I will eat separately) Friday- Italian sausage pasta
