It's going to be family and a few close friends only, between 15-30 people, at a hotel for vow recital with dinner following. The big party will be after they return from Japan in two years. This shindig is because it needs to be done before he leaves. Wedding colors are silver and purple. She's probably going tea-length for her dress (although we found a cute 2-in-1 at David's that she's going to check out too.) She's wearing purple shoes. He's going to be wearing either dress blues or whites (think Officer and a Gentleman or Top Gun.) The grands are going to be non-flower girls but wearing matching silver dresses and black shoes.
Any suggestions you might have about making this a nice fun wedding in a week are welcome too. She's freaking out. She's found a bouquet she likes, shoes she likes, she's borrowing a pair of my diamond studs and one of my necklaces, the location is picked out, I think we can get centerpieces handled, a friend of hers is doing the cake (she's a professional who does it for a living so it's not like it'll be Betty Crocker scratch-and-sniff), another is doing her hair and makeup, the venue provides access to their stereo system if they want to do music (I'm thinking we can buy music and put it on an iPod or something. I'd like to see if she or her dad has access to a guitarist since she knows various band members and her dad was in a band and owned a recording studio. I think live music would be nice.)

I think a nude pump would look great with that dress. I got some nude pumps at Payless awhile back and they're very comfortable, but way too tall. I was spending too much time reading fashion blogs when I bought them and convinced myself that I needed them.
I have a pair of black patent heels. Would those work? I'm thinking maybe not or it would be to matchy-matchy with the girls which might look silly. But then again, my dress purses are black. Dark grey suede heels? Multi with purple in some shade?

I saw shoes in the title and had to open this post, but the app won't open the link you posted so I don't think I'll be helpful. What color is the dress?
Adrienne Papelle smoke gray (like a dark gray with purplish undertones) horizontal pleats all the way from bodice to skirt with (pleated) cap sleeves. You've probably seen it or one like it any number of places. I happened to find this one at Nordies (half off, too!)

I don't know how much purple there is in the dress but could you find some purple pumps to draw some of the color? That way you're not all black and gray?

Does she have (or want) a veil? Does she have something old, new, borrowed, blue? If you have a handkerchief to give her, I think that would be good. I had one of my grandmother's as my something old and blue and was very grateful for it during the ceremony/vows!
Just try to keep her calm until the day of and remind her that the most important thing is that they get married that day. If the details aren't perfect, it will not ruin anything.

Oohh! I really like those. They look more charcoal gray than eggplant to me. But very nice and I think they would compliment the dress well. And you could still carry a black clutch or something if you already have one.

She's doing the something old and borrowed with diamond studs that I inherited from my grandmother. I suggested maybe sticking a blue flower in her bouquet or maybe she can have a "Navy" something since she's marrying a Navy pilot (lol.) She's also borrowing a purple necklace that I bought ages ago that she's worn in the past.

I really like the zipper detail on those purple shoes, but I'd be worried about them being the wrong color in person. It might look too matchy-matchy or like you tried to be matchy and it didn't work. I'd probably play it safe and go with a totally different color like the nude.
My wedding was planned in about a month. Just immediate family in a park with a notary and then dinner after. My colors were also purple and silver with a few little touches of blue. It was lovely and it was very us.
