Came home to find that the fridge door was open (not all the way)...not sure why, I keep closing it and it pops back open...after 20-30 tries it is closed now
I had taken sausage out of the freezer last night to thaw in the fridge. It feels, not cool, not warm...slightly cool I guess.
We were at work 10 hours
I'm thinking we should toss that and get carry out
I am the biggest freak about food poisoning but I may chance it especially in sausage form where the meat is usually pretty salty and the casing also acts as a barrier between the meat and open air, preserving it for longer.
Who am I kidding.... I wouldn't eat it. I am a freak.
