Another Turbo Tax State tax issue

It is trying to get me to pay state tax on my third party long term disability pay.

I don't use TurboTax to file my state tax return, I can do it for free
on my state's website, so overall I don't have to worry about it. It comes up while I'm filling out the Federal info.  TurboTax is currently telling me that I owe PA
lots of money.  We owe PA a little on DH's because his payroll misses the
0.07 part of the 3.07 tax rate, some use tax (TurboTax doesn't know that yet) and
some savings account interest.
