Skin tags- anyone try tea tree oil to remove?

I have several skin tags and having them removed at the derm would cost a lot since its considered cosmetic. I know some people have said they just cut them off themselves but that makes my skin crawl. Google tells me putting tea tree oil on a few times a day will make them fall off. Has anyone tried this? Has it worked?

I'd love to know this as well ... I have one in my armpit and it makes shaving scary sometimes.

Id also love to know this as I developed some when I was prego with my DD and they are annoying as all hell.

well I started putting it on so I'll report back! hopefully it works because this stuff stinks!

My derm only charges $100-$150 to have them done, so it's not a huge expense.

If you can see a PA instead of an actual derm, it'll be cheaper too.
