You can add that to the list of things I never thought I'd say but did. 

In the parking lot after dinner tonight the baby wanted a diaper change.  We were already out of the restaurant and it has a pretty nasty bathroom anyways. We just changed her wet diaper in the trunk.

Lol! Trunks make the best changing stations. We learned this road tripping from Colorado to Indiana. So any places didn't having changing stations, so we started just using the trunk.

Haha!  And I agree re: the trunk.  Way better than the pull down changing table thing.  Unless it's cold outside, and then eff those germs.
