Mine was pretty good! I spent my mornings grading papers and my afternoons relaxing. And now I'm back to grading papers! I'm hoping to finish this morning.
imoan, Mr. Smock and I also don't do sports. This was the first football game we've watched since the last superbowl, and Mr. Smock kept rooting for Joe Montana.

That sounds like something H would do. I think if you lived in New England... we would have fun together!
I'm not a football person either, but DH is although he only watched to root against the Ravens, so there's that. We finally worked on our combined budget yesterday, it took forever to hash it all out, but we have everything in order and I feel pretty good about it.
We also got approved via a home visit to foster with our local beagle group as well.
The IL's came over for the game. I would have rather it just been us, but H put out a spread of food and I didn't do jack so I can't really complain.
I got a new laptop finally. My old one had been a piece of shit for years, and half the keyboard stopped working last fall. I'm so excited. I really need to update my iPod.
I felt all weekend like I was fighting something off, and now I'm a little sick, but otherwise the weekend was good. Friday night I went out for a friend's birthday dinner, which was a lot of fun. Saturday I rested all day.
Yesterday I went to a coworker's superbowl party. Almost everyone there was a 49ers fan, so the energy dissipated fairly early on. What I took away from the halftime show is that Beyonce has a really good waxer and/or opaque tights and makeup under those fishnets.
The best part was that after I got home, the Puppy Bowl rerun was on, so I got to see the kitty halftime show.
I had a fabulous weekend. Saturday was my birthday so DH took me to this trampoline place and out to dinner Friday night (it was surprisingly fun - we had never gone before, and we were easily 20 years older than the oldest person there. woohoo!) And on Saturday I ran a 10k trail run and my girlfriends took me to the Melting Pot (fondue!) for dinner. Yesterday I went shopping while the game was on - it was like a ghost town.

My weekend was pretty good. A pretty quiet day on Saturday, H was gone most of the day, and the Superbowl party at a friends house yesterday.
I got bored on Saturday and dyed my hair. I'm still not sure if I like it... Its definitely NOT the color I thought I was getting. Everyone else seems to like it, but it's a very drastic change for me and I'm not sure how I feel about it.
smock, it's going okay. We had to call the cops because of a guy screaming at his girlfriend in their hotel room, that was super fun. There was also an entourage of 10 21-year-old girls and 2 guys - one of the dudes was friends of the family who own the hotel. Those girls, holy shit. It was a riot to see them all dressed up with hair extensions and dresses up to their ass cheeks and the two guys with jeans and t shirts and sneakers.
Ditto Gault! I don't think I've seem a picture of you before, starries, and you are fiiine. Your hair looks great! What color were you aiming for if it isn't exactly what you wanted?

Awwwww.... Thanks, gault!
I'm still kind of on the fence with the color. I've just been blonde for so long and this was so much darker than what I'd expected... But it's a reddish color, and red tends to fade, so I'm going to wait and see what it does.

It was supposed to be a medium chestnut brown.
here's a before picture... It's kind of old, but my hair color was the same. I am usually the one behind the camera, not in front of it. So there aren't very many pictures of me to choose from.
We had a partay. It was fun times. I missed most of the game, but let's not pretend that I like either one of those teams. I'm glad the second half picked up because that's about all I saw.
I still have to finish cleaning up. Bleah.
We also have lots of leftovers, including 3 things of fried rice that our vegan friend brought over so that he would have enough food. Yes, there is egg in it- big ole chunks.
