So I ordered two of the same style in size 6 and 6.5 to compare the fit. They sent me the black one in 6 which is correct and for the 6.5... they sent me size 11!!! Wtf 6 pm?!? I can see people screwing up 6s and 9s. But 11? This is so hilarious! Thanks for warning me Bimbi! This babies are going back to 80s or however long ago they came from!
and for S & G the 11s. Don't focus on the size please. Tell me what you think of this nude on my skin tone. TIA!
Sorry the lighting is very poor even with lights on. Here it is outside in daylight. It looks way too light for my skin tone. I think I have to order brown
UGh! I just realized I have tan line on my feet from the sandals I wore out in the sun! Awesome, now I have two tone feet! Come on sunny days so I can even them out again!
If you wanted something more "nude" for you, then yeah, going for a brown or light brown may be a better idea. Otherwise, I think you can still do a lighter nude and have it look good, but you need one that has less yellow undertones I think. Perhaps something with more of a "blush" tone or grayer tone would better compliment your skin tone. Finding the right nude is a pain in the ass, sorry :-(
The pencil cracks me up! They're not that bad, houseof999. I like the black pumps actually.
The nude color is too chamois for me, not a true nude I guess. I think the nude on the Target pumps would be a much closer match.
Haha.. the pencil comparison. I had to show something standard size so you know for real how pointy they are! Heck, they are almost as thin as the pencil at the tip. All I need is a clicker on back of the heel so the tip comes out so I can write with them in case I don't have a pen handy! LOL!
I think a taupe color would make a great nude shade on you. I got a great pair from Aldo that are patent almond toe pumps and they are amazing. I tried looking for a pic but their site is really slow for me...
