No, I've only ever seen glass companies fill chips- but not a crack that big.
I would call in a glass only claim to your insurance, probably about a $100 deductible.
The nice thing is, normally Safelite or whoever the glass people the use in your area are can come to you and do it. It's normally pretty headache free. I hope this helps!
Edit: sorry I forgot to add- out of pocket could range anywhere from $300- $1500 depending entirely on the cost of your replacement glass which can vary pretty greatly vehicle to vehicle. You could call a glass company and ask for a quote but I'd just call it in to my insurance.

I THINK i remember them telling me that if it was bigger than a dollar bill they couldnt "seal it" or whatever they do. I have USAA insurance and there is no deductible if its just glass repair like that (not changing out the whole windshield)
DH just looked at it and its cracked down to the bottom edge into the black border. So it's like 6 inches. I dint know if they can repair it. emailed my SF agent since the office is closed. My car is brand new and this is irritating.
PPs have already said what I would recommend (and I second checking with the dealer, just in case). I'm sorry, I hate windshield cracks/chips! Hopefully you can get it fixed soon and for cheap.
