At my work they decided to go paperless. We have a zillion internal forms which you can download from the internal website.
BUT, you can't fill them in electronically, it has to be done on paper. So people print their forms, fill them in, scan them, and send the scanned document to HR. Who has to print hard copies for employee files.
So their "green" solution requires twice as much paper.
