My BFF had triplets and looked about like that. . She is a tiny little thing--like 5'7" and 110 lbs. when not pregnancy--and by the end she was just these skinny arms and legs and this giant, giant belly.

I had a family friend who looked like that pregnant with triplets. She started off 5'6 120, super in shape and just looked like stick arms and legs with a huge belly. It's crazy what the body can do!

She is huge, the poor thing. And that dress....oh God, it's so bad! While I bemoan the lack of flattering, stylish maternity clothes, at least I'm not faced with a rack full of these and sailor dresses.

I sat next to a lady on a plane a couplle months ago who said I am going to show you something for when yu are at the end of your pregnancy and feel you cant get much bigger. She then proceeded to show me a pic of her in the hospital about to deliver triplets bare belly. She was huge. I have no clue how she moved. I think of her often now and always think to myself it could be worse.

She was the nicest lady. She had twin girls and then triplet girls.
